Meet the Author
Dr. Sherrie Gilbert is the CEO of Prep and Prose, LLC, offering copywriting, editing, and author coaching to help clients craft impactful messages. With more than a decade of experience, she has collaborated with non-profits and small businesses to develop marketing materials, write articles, and manage event communications and planning.
A proud Spelman College alumna, class of 2008, Dr. Gilbert is also an eight-semester Spelman College Glee Club alumna. Additionally, as a dedicated member of the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College (NAASC), Columbus, Georgia Chapter since 2010, she has served as Secretary, Fundraising Chair, President-Elect, and is currently serving as President.
